SOUCY, Denise It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Denise Soucy on the 10th September, surrounded by her family at the young age of 73. The beloved wife of Réjean Savard and daughter of the late Émilien Soucy and of late Simone Lafleur. She leaves behind her loving children: Richard Bastien (Joanne Mainville) and Marc Bastien (Susan Lambert); her cherished grandchildren: Jeffrey Bastien, Rodney Schimkat, and Adam Bastien; her brothers: Gilles Soucy (Réjeanne Pilotte), Réjean Soucy (Marie-Paule Cyr), Raymond Soucy (Louise Lavigne); and the many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her brothers: Gaston Soucy (Marjorie French) and Guy Soucy. A celebration of life will be held at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L'OUTAOUAIS, at 1369, La Vérendrye O. Blvd. in Gatineau on the 21st September, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive condolences at 09:00 a.m. For those who wish to do so, donations to LUPUS Canada or to Regroupement québécois des maladies orphelines would be very much appreciated.
